Q: Where are you located? A: We are a Chinese manufacturer exporting commercial inflatables to rental businesses worldwide, our main market is the U.S.
Q: Do you have a distributor in our country? A: We don't have any distributors overseas. You will get products directly from our factory without a distributor adding margins.
Q: Customer reference? A: Yes, we have many happy customers across the United States! We will show you customers references in your area.
Production & Shipping
Q: Production time and delivery time? A: Production time around 15-45 days (except Sundays) depends on order and delivery is around 20-35 days.
Q: Do I need to pay port charges and duties? A: Buyers are supposed to pay port charges and import duties. The shipping broker will charge you this before picking up. We will give you an estimated cost in advance.
Q: Any idea how much the final total would be? A: Here is an example of 6 bounce houses shipped by sea to Los Angeles, USA: 6 units ($4,000) + Freight ($670) + Port charges/duties (~$900) = Final total around $5,570.

Q: Are the inflatables commercial grade? A: Yes, we export commercial inflatables to rental businesses worldwide.
Q: Do you have a certificate for the inflatables? A: Yes, it comes with EN14960 certificate and all inflatables are tested by inspectors before delivery. SAFETY is our first policy.
Q: Accessories included? A: Free accessories include Storage Bag / Repair Kit / User Manual / Product Certificate / Warning Label / Custom Logo / Business Card Holder.
Pricing & Payments
Q: How much can I save if I order oversea from EastJump? A: Compared to the local re-sellers, you are going to save at least 30% (take freight, duties and port charges into account).
Q: Any discount on multiple units? A: Our factory price is very low and transparent to every customer, basically we don’t offer discounts.
Q: Do you finance or take credit cards? A: Sorry we don’t finance. But you can add your credit cards to Paypal or Western Union APP, and use them to pay us. PM us for details.
Customization
Q: Can I custom my own inflatable? A: Sure you can design your own inflatables with EastJump using different colors, materials, and sizes. Let us know your ideas.
